All Star
This is a proyect that we have to do in ICT's classes. The first thing that we did was to choose a video, and then we started to translate on two different languages using the program "dotsub". I think that this proyect is my favorite because it is a work relacionated with music... Apart from the song,we chose this video becuse, of the videoclip that appeared some famous football players.
This song is made by the group called Smash Mouth that was made in 1994, from California.

JIMMY CARTER
Jimmy carter, the 39th president of the United States, was awarded the 2002 Nobel Peace Prize, the only U.S., because for his decades of untiring effort to find peaceful solutions to
international conflicts, to advance democracy and human rights, and to
promote economic and social development
Before he became President, Carter, a Democrat, served as a U.S. Naval officer, was a peanut farmer, served two terms as a Georgia State Senator and one as Governor of Georgia.
In 1973 he became the Democratic National Committee campaign chairman for the 1974 congressional elections. He announced his candidacy for the Democratic presidential nomination on December 12, 1974, and won his party's nomination at the 1976 Democratic National Convention on the first ballot. He was elected President on November 2. 1976.

He created two new cabinet-level departments: the Department of Energy and the Department of Education. He established a national energy policy too that included conservation, price control, and new technology.
By 1980, He survived a primary challenge against Ted Kennedy for the Democratic Party nomination in the 1980 election, but lost the election to Ronald Reagan, the Republican candidate.
Jimmy Carter served as President from January 20, 1977 to January 20, 1981.
The carrier he did before becoming president
Jimmy Carter was a gifted student from an early age who always had a fondness
for reading. By the time he attended Plains High School, he was also a
star in basketball. He was greatly influenced by one of his high school
teachers.
After high school, he enrolled at Georgia Southwestern College, in Americans. Later, he applied to the United States Naval Academy and, after taking additional mathematics courses at Georgia Tech,
he was admitted in 1943. Carter graduated 59th out of 820 midshipmen at
the Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree with an unspecified
major, as was the custom at the academy at that time.

THE REVENGE
In 1493, one year after Columbus discovered America, Spanish and the Natives were met, there was a good relationship between them, and they created families among them, they had children, business...but there was a problem, a baby of a family, didn’t born as he should , he was born with a very rare syndrome, an aggressive syndrome.
Because of this, Colombus decided train he because he could be a very good option to win wars. Years passed and he became the best fighter of the are, but one day the boy woke up and he found the body of his father died. Then he became very aggressive and no one could stopped him.
As soon as he realised that his father was killed, he felt extremely angry and neurotic. He wanted the killer killed, so he started to sharpen his spear. But as soon as his logic started to work, he started to think who murdered his father. He didn’t know if his father had life-long enemies waiting for revenge, or may had an unresolved problem with somebody. So he started to investigating.
Erkilio found some strange documents in his father’s office, and in one of these papers he found the name “Alvaro Gomis” and one picture of him and the location. Erkilio was very angry with his father's assassin, he decided to travel to París in one ships with the mission to kill Alvaro Gomis. He travelled from America to Europe in ship in two months. When he arrived he took his weapons and he went to the residence of his victim Alvaro Gomis. Erkilio broke a window carefully and he went in the residence of Alvaro Gomis without doing any noises. He looked in all the residence but nothing, all the rooms were empty no one was at residence. To thought a plan he sat in a chair in front of the principal door of the residence, and just in case he took his gun out and he put it in the table. Suddenly, he heard a noise out of the house and he took the gun, pointing with it to the door. A man appeared, he closed the door, and when he turned he saw to Erkilio sat in the chair and he looked surprised.
-You don’t recognize me? People say me that I take after my father.-Erkilio said.
-No no no no …. it couldn’t be... - Alvaro scared.
-Yes.
-(PUM!) he shouted and Alvaro fall down.
Silence reigned, there was no one in the streets, he save the gun in the jacket and he started walking to the ship .
-Where are you going? - a voice asked from behind he.
He returned and he saw a woman with a gun, she was the daughter of Alvaro, Celia.
- Why are you with a gun?
- Think a little bit, I am at the toilet when you came into our residence.
Erkilio was surprised.
- Why are you asking me that? -asked.
- Shut up - and she aimed at him with the gun.
- Please don’t, don’t do it.
- Late - and she shot with the gun.

ENVIRONMENT PROBLEMS
Nowadays, environmental problems are getting worse and worse, it is an international problem. There are many different environment problems, for example: deforestation, bowel movements increases acid, increase in carbon dioxide emissions, destruction of the ozone layer, abuse of pesticides comings and other substances-toxic, destruction of tropical forests and Virgin Lands, drinking water shortage, nuclear waste...

Deforestation
Deforestation is the process of disappearance
of the forests, primarily caused by human activity. It is directly
caused by the action of man over nature, mainly due to logging carried out by
the timber industry, as well as to obtain land for agricultural crops.
Deforestation in the best of cases is a set of
trees placed according to a separation set artificially, among which there is a
herbaceous or shrubby vegetation that does not usually occur in the forest. In
the worst cases, non-indigenous trees that sometimes damage the substrate, as
in many plantations of pine, spruce or eucalyptus are planted.
And the worst of all is much worse than those
things and both may occur, but worst of all is that the improvement of this
forestation is in our hands,so we have to do something in order
to improve things.
Bowel movements increases acid
Acid precipitation, also associated with the
use of fossil fuels, has its cause in the emission of sulphur dioxide and
oxides of nitrogen for thermal power stations and motor vehicles exhausts.
These products interact with the light of the Sun and the humidity of the
atmosphere producing sulphuric and nitric, acids that are transported by
atmospheric circulation and fall to Earth, dragged by rain and snow in the
so-called acid rain, which has become a major global problem. The acidity of
some rainfall in Northern Europe and United States is equivalent to the
vinegar. Acid rain corrodes metals, wears the buildings and monuments of stone,
harms and kills the vegetation and lakes, streams and soils and both things
acidifies more…
So, instead of using so many toxic materials
to the environment, we could use another type of material or use this but with less frequent use and with more awareness
Bestruction of the ozone layer
On the other hand, we have the problem of the
ozone layer: the ozone layer is a region of the atmosphere that protects the
planet from harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays at high altitudes. If there were no
such gaseous layer, which lies about 40 km of altitude above the sea level, life
would be impossible on our planet. In the decades of 1970s and 1980s was found that
human activity was having a negative impact on the thickness of the layer. The
existence of a large hole centred over Antarctica was discovered in 1985. The
studies showed that the layer was being affected by the increasing use of
chlorofluorocarbons
I believe that this is the biggest problem of
all the problems of the environment, because as I mentioned before, if ozone was
destroyed, life would be impossible and would be the end of existence human and
vegetarian existent, for these reasons is very important to care for the environment,
because the future depends on us, and no more.

TUENTI
Hello guys, I'm Julen Irazusta, a student of Laskorain Ikaslota DBH4, and we are explaining the advantages and disadvantages of Tuenti, Facebook...
First, even if it is true that many unknown people can view your profile or you personal photos and that your personal information is in the web, in the settings you can put who can see your photos and who can't, so only your friends can see your profile.
On the one hand, people say that people can download your photos, damage your image... but these things doesn't true because you choose that people can comment on your photos or not.
On the other hand, Tuenti although have saved your information in the web, but you can don't put some settings, for example as were you live, you number of telephone...
So, I recommended that you've got a Tuenti as long as you don't put or don't published your personal information.

Welcome to my ICT's blog. My name is Julen Irazusta, I'm a student of Laskorain Ikastola DBH4 and my object in ICT is to improve more English.
In my class we are 25 people, boys and girls mixed, and our teacher is Itxaropena.
